Essential Skills for Aboriginal Futures is a thirty day customized intensive program. By embedding the Essential Skills needed to match the employer's framework of particular business needs, the program will provide a Foundational Skills Learning Program at our innovative Essential Skills Learning Centre, for both new employees as well existing employees.
The goals of the program are to equip our participants and the existing partnering workforce with the Essential Skills needed to participate successfully in a knowledge based society, and to adapt to life and workplace changes.

We will provide 1-1 training for new employees and existing staff using customized learning plans in our Essential Skills Learning Centre, supported by our qualified Essential Skills Instructional Staff.
