As per Section 2.8 e) of the Senate Policy and Procedures, "Agendas, minutes as well as the Senate Policies and Procedures, Senate member contact information and general correspondence, will be signed by the Secretary of the MNBC Senate, and be posted on the internet for public review by the web-site coordinator from MNBC."
